At the conclusion of the 2012 NAED National Meeting, Clarence Martin, CEO and CFO of Huntington, W.Va.-based State Electric Supply Company, was announced chairman of the 2012-2013 NAED Board of Directors.

Martin succeeds Bob Reynolds, chairman, president and CEO of St. Louis-based Graybar, and will be followed in 2013 by Sandra Rosecrans, president and CEO of Syracuse, N.Y.-based City Electric Co., who was named board chair-elect.

“From advancements in technology to the dynamic workforce, we must be prepared for the change afoot in our industry,” said Martin. “My focus this year will be on planning and execution as means for preparing for those changes.
